Why won't my webcam clear up?

So, I thought my webcam might look cool if I painted over it with this glitter/sequin nail polish I had (really stupid, I know), and then as soon as I put it on, I wiped it off, but now it's really foggy and nothing is working to fix it. I tried nail polish remover, windex, and gl lens cleaner. Any ideas on how to fix it? Pleaseeee help!

How do I lose this weight quickly and in a healthy way?

I'm 5'1" and I've gained a lot of weight due to stress in the past 2 years. 25 pounds to be exact. I was a dancer and I have a relatively tiny frame. My weight skyrocketed from 105 lbs to 130 lbs and I can't seem to lose the weight that I've gained. Because I gained the weight so quick I've been developing abdominal problems as well. Help!

Why are most of the men in the World's Strongest Men championships from Eastern Europe?

I was just wondering why most of the competitors in the World's Strongest Men Championships that are aired on ESPN are from Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, etc. Do they have special funding and supports for these competitors in those Eastern European countries, kind like how some countries funnel money into Olympic training? Thanks.
