Umm kate winslet fat in the movie "Titanic"?

Why does everyone call kate winslet fat while she was in the movie titanic? I didn't think she was at all, expecially when in the movie her mother was tying her dress you could see how skinny she was. It kinda makes me feel insecure that people call that fat. Do you think she's fat?
