Increasing tax on pre-mixed drinks (cruisers, breezers etc): ist?

This isnt to discourage females in particular, but it is to discourage young people from drinking. Most younger guys do not drink beer. It will not work because now instead of buying a pack of Cruisers, teenagers will just buy a bottle of straight vodka and get even more drunk.
