How do i ask for my things back ~ family problem?

I have stopped talking to my parents and have moved out of home. They have sworn to not talk to me again. But id like to ask for all of my photo's and my christening bracelet which holds alot of sentimental value back, how do i do this? Like do i ring send an email or something? Any ideas?
