HOw do u cut ur bangs like this?

personaly, i wouldnt, i had my bangs like that when i was little and it looked very cute, but now my face has changed and bangs would look terible on me. also, it kinda depends on the person's face, some ppl's faces fit that type of hair style. dont get bangs like that if u have thin light hair or puffy hair, it will look bad. also, u should go to a pofesional hair place and ask for their advice, they have been cutting hair and seen the results, they will give u good advice.
