Question about the RAF (again)?

I've heard that an RAF pilot is going overseas to learn how to fly the F-22 raptor when only 70 USAF pilots are licensed to do this, I'm soon to be joining the RAF and hopefully get to be a fighter pilot, is he going to be the only man to do this, or will other RAF pilots get to do so?
