Do Christians believe in extra terrestrial beings?

I've heard that extra terrestrial beings and spirits live in another dimension and can be seen when someone like a shaman or other spiritual healer ingests a powder called monoatomic gold which are particles left in crop field circles, are these beings real and do Christians believe they exists? Also why do they exist in another dimension if extra terrestrials supposedly came from other planets in another solar system?
