Which car should I sell or trade?

I have a loaded 2003 VW Pat in great condition with 65000 miles from new, all paid up. I also have a 2006 Subaru Outback in great condition with 38000 miles from new, with $8000 left to pay over 2 years at 4.9%. I have a third child on the way and need to sell or trade one of these in to get a vehicle that will take 3 child seats (my other two are toddlers). Would love thoughts on which I should sell/trade and why. Any suggestions on the vehicle I should get are also appreciated. I live in Maine. Thanks so much!!
