Graphics Issue HD3650 AGP?

well as long as the card wasnt a pull from a brand name computer such as dell or hp then it should be under a manufacturers warrenty, as long as its truely as new as your saying but before you try to get a hold of them i would get the newest driver and see if that helps, also try a new monitor if possible because that could be the problem as well
