Housebreaking my ChiWeenie!?

Some dogs can get the concept of the pee-pee pads. Most dont. If they can pee on that, why can't they pee anywhere in the house? But yeah, if definitely has to do with hormones. The easy way is to fix him; however, it isn't guaranteed. He has already started doing it and he'll still remember doing it when he wakes up from surgery. And he will do it again. Yes, hormones drove him to start it, but it is a behavior at the heart of it. Skip the pee-pee pads and train him to go outside. Anywhere outside. Nowhere in the house.
