How do I find a deadbeat who is hiding from child support when all I have is a social, prev. address & phone?

Child support services is a joke! If you arent on welfare anddont owe the gov't they wont help . Now if you were livin in the projects and gettn food stamps and a check then yeah they will find him YOU know why because they want their money. If your a mom who works hard everday takes good care of the kid WITHOUT the govt help your are sh it outta luck.
