I want to know how to make peace with my ex-wife. She asked for divorce, I gave her one.?

I found someone who appreciated me. I married her. Now, I have moved out of state. My ex now hates me more because I can't help with raising kids. I pay my child support and alimony on time and I'm current. I meet up to my obligations in the divorce decree. I moved on because I found someone who loved me and that I could love. But this new crisis (ex-wife being angry) is creating problems in my new marriage. I feel I can't win. Any advice?
