What is the best graphics card under $200 dollars?

I have a m8200n pc and it brought a 6150SE card, which makes it hard to play games that require more like "Mercenaries 2" or "Crysis". I was thinking about the "PNY - NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT Graphics Card " or the "BFG - NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT OC Graphics Card " which are both the same price (179) then theres others like " PNY - NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT 512MB PCI Express Graphics Card " that cost a bit less. I have no clue which one is good
