I need help for a wedding toast!?

My best friend is getting married in several weeks, and i need so much help writing a toast, i don't even know where to begin. i want it to be funny, but sentimental and appropriate We have been friends for about 4 years now, but known each other for about 14 years, we started off hating one another but we've been inseparable for 4 years when she bought a new dress it was our dress when one got a new boyfriend it was us, when she got engaged it was our engagement, we still kid about me walking the down the isle. point being we are like sisters except she has one, lol. so i don't know i NEED help! PLEASE!
