I started bjj and I'm doing very good everyones impressed but I need help with way moves to do?

Wat are some moves to do from mount besides armbar and key lock. And wen in guard wats the best way to mount also one more thing wats some basic submission that I can do

I need some serious help out here..it's about my best friend?

my best friend is in love with a guy (from time immemorial), but she's not sure if he loves her back, he doesn't even show any sign of affection towards her...no special treatment towards hers...treats her like he treats us (all his friend)..she has seen him very closely since he is her older brother's best friend. He's my friend aswell, & so is my friend's. He's like a very serious guy (& he doesn't even hang around with girls...he's a solitary, thoughtful, philosphical person...he's unfriendly..doesn't talk too much..alway very secretive...& a kind of guy who wouldn't be interested in "love"--i think) --somebody with whom you couldn't take chances..i mean i adviced her to just go to him & say the stuff....but she's afraid that if he doesn't like her & say upon her face that he doesn't love her back, her heart would break....& her brother's too immature to understand that his sister is in love with his best friend...i tried to make him understand but he's a nerd when it comes to stuffs like these...so i feel very uneasy seeing my friend's concealed feelings & how she suffers for it. anybody had a similiar experiance? Is there any way the matter can be solved??

Real Self esteem - If your REALLY ugly would you believe that you are good looking to have "self" esteem?

Being attractive does not equal high self esteem. Being ugly doesn't equal low self esteem. A person with high self esteem accepts themselves unconditionally because at the end of the day, there isn't much you can do about your physical appearance. I know a lot of pretty people who aren't very fun to be around. Some ugly people are lots of fun to be around because they have a good sense of humor or they are a good listener. Of course some attractive people have good personalities as well so that's just icing on the cake. I think self esteem comes from being the best person you can be no matter what you look like.

and then feeling powerless once he successfully makes you feel so bad? I really don't care if you believe me or not but I'd wish you to keep it to yourself. I have a mental illness. I have strong feelings that it has to do with the devil though as well. I can just feel it. I'll be fine and then I get that feeling of despair. I try so hard to fight it off and then he just catches me. I feel powerless since he gets his way with me all the time. I know its what he wants. I wish i could stop him though. I fear even thinking about him though, i fear he will cause terrifying things to happen if I mention his name.

yeah, like i have strech marks... some where else, but i just dont care, people wont pay attention to them unless draw attention to them.

I get sick in humidity is this normal?

Just make sure you drink enough water. Stay in the air conditioning as much as you can. The air is just heavier with the humididty and that is what could be bothering you. Make sure you drink alot of water!
